L'abeille a cote is the playful sibling to the elegant, Michelin-starred French restaurant with Japanese influience - l'abeille. Also led by Chef Mitsunobu Nagae, the menu at l'abeille a cote centers around a chef-driven three-course prix-fixe menu that highlights a selection of techniques and flavors on display at l'abeille in an abbreviated experience. From sophisticated dishes like a summer sweet corn veloute with hojicha gelee to crowd favorites such as a wagyu teriyaki burger - the menu at l'abeille a cote offers a diverse range of options for guests while maintaining the exceptional culinary standards l'abeille is known for.

Executive Sous Chef: 

QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a previous culinary supervisory or management experience within a high-quality kitchen setting is essential

• Highly developed knowledge of various culinary styles and mastery of all line level cooking stations
• Detail orientated & motivated to be proactive in a fast-paced setting 

• Lead the kitchen in ensure high performance and overall excellence & hospitality throughout each day’s specific service periods
• Act as a trusted partner to the Executive Chef, always maintaining positive working relationships and clear communication with entire team.
• Develop all recipes, ensuring product, food preparations and food execution meet restaurant's style, specifications, and commitment to culinary excellence.
• Continuously provide leadership and guidance to all staff and actively participate on the in line as needed

• Responsible for a method of service, production, and cooking to ensure all items are prepared to meet deadlines and standards
• Taste and review products daily to ensure quality and consistency with preparation and presentation
