Job Description A client in Cincinnati is seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join their corporate team for a direct placement opportunity. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow and contribute to high-impact financial projects across regional teams. As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting business operations through data-driven insights and reporting. You'll work on commission calculation projects, develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and build dashboards that empower decision-making across departments. You'll assist regional teams with operating metrics, produce monthly reports by region, and create standardized reporting packages that streamline performance reviews.
