Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 3 to join our dynamic culinary team at Yale New Haven Hospital – Saint Raphael Campus in New Haven, CT . Manage all purchasing and budget oversight for food production
Provide hands-on leadership to utility staff ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and food safety
Oversee floor stock management and maintain accurate documentation
Support catering services using the CaterTrax system
Drive accountability through FMS documentation of pre- and post-production numbers
Collaborate with peers and hospital leaders to elevate service and efficiency

A proven leader in food service or production management
Strong skills in purchasing, budgeting, and inventory control
Experience with unionized staff is a plus

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
