Food Runner to join our esteemed DO&CO Family in Redondo Beach, CA. A day as a Food Runner: - Pulls and stacks ingredients and products based on daily orders
- Assembling ingredients replenishment on trays organizing freezer/cooler in accordance with designated plan in cooperation with kitchen department
- Monitors product quality frequently and reports problems to mitigate safety issues
- Inspects items and executes inventory as assigned
- Assemble food items including tray setup
- Follow airline specifications which usually include tray setting for hot meals, cold meals, salad, snacks, bread, butter, and condiments
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
- Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager

- Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines
- Flexibility (different shifts –days, nights, weekends, holidays)
