Job Opportunity: Front of House Operations
Location: Metairie, LA

Pay Scale: $65,000 - $85,000 Salary
Express Employment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Front of House Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our client's restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties to ensure efficient operations and deliver exceptional service to customers. Relevant experience is a MUST - at least 3 years of experience as a FOH in a high-end restaurant required.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the facility.
Supervise and lead staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and managing performance.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers through marketing initiatives and promotions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Manage finances, including overseeing budgets, ordering inventory, and tracking expenses.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, alcohol, and supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and in compliance with sanitation standards as well as ownership standards.
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Develop policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to remain competitive.
Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective operation across departments.
Manage and develop the facility's social media program and private event business.
Perform any additional tasks as required by the employer.
Qualifications
Proven experience, no less than 5 years, in managing operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and budgeting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and profitability.
Knowledge of industry trends, safety regulations, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
