Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Web Engineer

Location: Virginia, USA (On-site or Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $150,000 $200,000

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Engineer to design, build, and deliver web applications that power mission-critical systems. You'll work across the stack building complex data visualizations, backend data processing systems, and intuitive dashboards that help protect and manage our customers most important assets.

As part of our Product Engineering team , you'll collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and program managers to shape and deliver high-impact features. The applications you build will directly contribute to products that literally save lives .

This role reports to the Director of Software Engineering .

What You Will Do

  • Own features from concept to deployment  interpreting requirements, shaping design, and delivering production-ready applications

  • Build full-stack web applications including data visualizations, analytics dashboards, and management tools

  • Develop scalable backend systems to process, analyze, and serve data from diverse sources

  • Create intuitive, user-friendly frontends using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)

  • Integrate data science models and algorithms into web applications

  • Write clean, well-documented, testable code for maintainability and scalability

  • Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure smooth integration with other company systems

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience (mid-level to senior)

  • Proven ability to work across both backend and frontend systems (ideally a 50/50 split)

  • Solid experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and backend development

  • Track record of longer tenures (no more than 3 companies in the past 5 years)

  • Ability to operate independently without heavy mentorship

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
