Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 / Annual 5th Gear Cycle in Broken Arrow Oklahoma is seeking a full time General Manager We are a Polaris, Honda, Indian, BMW, Kayo, KTM powersports dealer in the Tulsa, Ok trade area. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in the powersports, marine, or automotive industry as a General Manager or Sales Management role. Oversee all aspects of a dealerships operations, including sales, service, and finance, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, staff management, and financial oversite. Sales Strategy:Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and motivating the sales team.
Service Oversight:Overseeing the service department, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Marketing and Advertising:Assisting with the creation of advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility. Other Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel.
• Problem Solving: Identifying and addressing issues that impact dealership operations.
