What We're Looking For * Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in automotive sales leadership, with demonstrated success as a Sales or General Sales Manager. * Proven expertise in new and pre-owned vehicle sales, leasing strategies, and subprime credit. * Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for mentorship and performance development. * High-level understanding of sales forecasting, inventory management, and desking deals. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. * Proficiency with CRM systems, DMS platforms (Dealertrack, Eleads, Vauto), and digital retailing tools. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
