Job Description

Description of the Role Key Hyundai of Milford is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a General Sales Manager. As the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our dealership, ensuring the attainment of sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership sales goals
  • Manage and supervise sales team, providing guidance and support
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure high performance
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition
Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive sales and management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Valid driver's license
