Requirements To Join Our Team:

• A minimum of 1 year experience as an HHA
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Physical exam within the past year
• QuantiFERON within the past year or chest x-ray within the past five years
• MMR Immunizations within the last ten years
• Covid Vaccination in adherence to state Executive Orders.
