Flexible Schedule – Paid Per Visit.
Service Area: All of Adams County and Southwestern York County.

VNA of Hanover & Spring Grove is seeking PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate Hospice team. This flexible, per-visit opportunity is ideal for experienced nurses who want to provide meaningful end-of-life care with autonomy and support.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage hospice patients on an as-needed basis.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide expert symptom management and end-of-life care.
• Offer education and emotional support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, dignified care.
• Accurately document all services in a timely manner.

What You Bring:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience (hospice, home health, or acute care preferred).
• Compassionate communication and strong clinical judgment.
• Understanding of the hospice philosophy and palliative care approach.
• Valid PA driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current CPR certification.
