Topside Inn is looking for a skilled and customer-focused seasonal Bartender to join our team! You’ll be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, providing top-tier hospitality, and ensuring our bar area remains clean and well-stocked. Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
• Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with a friendly, knowledgeable approach.
• Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, manage tabs, and record daily sales in the POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, restocking supplies as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages to management.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For: • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in bartending or food service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
