Our client, a leading global company in the e-commerce and fashion industry , is seeking an HR Business Partner (Chinese-Speaking) to support its growing team. This role will act as a strategic advisor to leadership , ensuring that HR practices align with business objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About your functions and responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
• Oversee employee relations , ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work culture.
• Lead talent acquisition, retention, and workforce development initiatives.
• Manage performance evaluation processes , career progression, and employee engagement strategies.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor regulations, and industry standards .
• Provide data-driven HR insights to guide decision-making and improve employee experience.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace .

What do you need to be successful?

• Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Proven experience in HR business partnering, ideally in a global or e-commerce company .
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development .
• Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments .
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
