Key Responsibilities - Perform installation, service, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Work on residential and light commercial projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct system inspections and provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
- Accurately complete work orders, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and train apprentices when required.
- Maintain company-provided tools, vehicles, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Qualifications - Universal Refrigeration License (Required).
- Must have or be willing to pass OSHA certification.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Experience with industrial, commercial, and government projects is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
- Must be able to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
