• Escort and drive client to doctor appointments, church, brunch and other errands.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification / license or PCA certificate required.
• Previous experience with dementia.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
