  • Conduct in-home consultations and needs assessments.
  • Present personalized insurance options and close sales with confidence.

  • Deliver exceptional service and follow-up throughout the client journey.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required — we provide full training.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a bonus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
  • Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (we'll help you get licensed).

Compensation & Role Structure

  • Compensation Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Earning Potential: This position offers uncapped earning potential , with top earners averaging $75,000 – $100,000+ annually.
  • Commissions: 100% commission with daily payouts and residual income.
  • Work Setting: In-person, client-facing; remote flexibility for scheduling/admin only.
  • Schedule: Flexible, self-managed hours (average 8-hour shifts, M–F, evenings as needed).
