INTELLIGENCE TRAINER SENIOR

Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as an Intelligence Trainer Senior at GDIT. Here, you'll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Administration.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

As an Intelligence Trainer Senior, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of training program. You will play a crucial role in Intelligence Training Program role will have an impact on the customer's local training mission and and the overall success of the student learning objective.

Lead/Manage/Support client training requirements and identifying challenges related to a variety of non-technical deliverables; The primary responsibility and the role's impact on the mission ensures student preparedness for their operational objective.

Collaborate with client Course Directors and Instructions to identify, capture, and document student learning objectives to ensure alignment with established training standards and program requirements.

Drives key learning outcomes by fostering team innovation, promoting collaborative problem-solving and developing effective solutions to operational and instructional challenges.

Utilize TrackVia, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technologies to support instructional delivery, data management, and reporting requirements in the role of Intelligence Trainer.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your Intelligence Trainer expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Intelligence Trainer Senior must have:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Technical skills: Must have training expertise related to the client's core curriculum
Security clearance level: TS/SCI or ability to obtain in 6 months
US citizenship required

Role requirements: The candidate must have working in an auxiliary leadership role in support of the client's program.

The likely salary range for this position is $103,700 - $140,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
