Material Governance

• Meticulously document the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Ensure quality compliance of materials and manage data entry into our ERP system.
• Predict stock needs, manage reorder points, and synchronize material deliveries.

Coordinated Logistics

• Oversee shipment tracking and work with purchasing teams to advance priority orders.
• Align with regional material strategies through a customer-focused approach.

Vendor Interactions and Reporting

• Assess vendor performance using significant data insights.
• Create detailed reports on inventory status, delivery timelines, and associated activities.

Safety and Organization

• Uphold a tidy and organized inventory area based on 5S standards.
• Follow stringent safety and quality assurance measures.

Material Transport

• Facilitate the movement of materials between departments as needed.

Additional Tasks

• Support management with various tasks as requested.

Who We're Looking For

Core Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in inventory, purchasing, or materials management.
• Exceptional skills with Excel, focusing on precision in data analysis and management.
• Keen attention to detail plus superior communication proficiency.
• Familiarity with or readiness to adopt ERP systems; understanding of 5S concepts.

Preferred Expertise:

• Experience in supply chain management methodologies.
