Your Responsibilities:

• Content review and moderation : Monitor and review user-generated content in Italian to ensure it adheres to community guidelines, company policies, and legal requirements.
• Provide feedback : Report inappropriate or harmful content, and provide feedback to help improve user experiences and platform safety.
• Collaborate with the team : Work alongside other content moderators and internal teams to ensure that content standards are maintained.
• Ensure consistency : Apply clear, consistent, and fair judgment in moderating content to ensure all users adhere to platform guidelines.
• Stay updated : Keep up-to-date with changes in content policies and trends to maintain high-quality moderation practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken): As you'll be moderating content in Italian, fluency is essential.
• Attention to detail : Strong ability to identify sensitive content, inconsistencies, and violations quickly and accurately.
• Good judgment and decision-making skills : A responsible and fair approach to evaluating content.
• Ability to work under pressure : Comfortable handling large volumes of content while meeting strict deadlines.
• Previous experience in content moderation (preferred but not required): Experience in moderating content or working with online communities is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
• Comfortable with hybrid or onsite work : Flexibility to work in a hybrid model or onsite at our Malta office.
• Tech-savvy : Comfortable using content management and moderation tools and open to learning new platforms.
