Job Description

JIRA Marketing Administrator needs 3+ years of experience in Jira administration, including project setup and management.
JIRA Marketing Administrator requires:
-NY/NJ Hybrid
-Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Proficient in Jira Query Language (JQL) and other Jira tools and integrations.
-Experience with scripting and automation (like Groovy) is a plus.

JIRA Marketing Administrator duties:
-Responsible for the on-boarding, configuration, maintenance and enhancements of our Jira platform to support digital marketing workstreams.
-Onboard the JIRA tool into our digital marketing workflow.
-Administer and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and configurations.
-Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Jira.
-Customize Jira dashboards and filters to improve project visibility and reporting.
-Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to Jira applications and integrate with other tools.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for Jira instance modifications.
-Conduct training sessions for end-users to optimize their use of Jira.
-Stay updated with the latest Jira features and best practices to enhance team productivity.
-Monitor performance and optimize system processes, including evaluating plugins and third-party tools.
