We are a wholesale mortgage broker and direct lender in Santa Ana and in great position in this current economic environment to take advantage of whatever the market may throw our way. Work in a Class A building with doorman and a cafe downstairs. We're looking for a team player and a great communicator to help push our files forward and to help us close more loans!
While 50% of the loan officers in the business have left the market we are here and thriving because of our dedication towards providing clients a recipe for success and the hard work we put in from top to bottom. We are only looking for 1-2 people to fill this position and when people join our team they stay so we're looking for a very particular fit.
There will be proprietary leads provided and the ability to learn from a Scotsman Guide award winning broker and loan officer. We are looking for someone to screen and help qualify our prospects to be coordinate a file with our broker who you will be directly reporting to. This position will begin as a full time in office position with the flexibility of going remote over time.
- Answer and screen inbound calls/emails/texts, mostly from new clients, to LOs
- Connect with clients to gather required documentation
- Create and send loan quotes
- Prepare disclosures as needed
- Work with team to issue preapproval Letters to Clients and Realtors
- Follow-up with all leads and all calendar appointments as needed
- Support loan officers as needed
-Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
