**About The Role:**
The Junior Financial Analyst will collaborate with partners across LINQ to ensure we make efficient, data-driven decisions. You will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes that drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence, with a strong focus on expense management. This position is responsible for developing accurate expense forecasts, analyzing cost trends, and providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance.
**What** **You'll** **Be Doing:**
+ Supporting the FP&A team in preparing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analyses for overall expenses.
+ Assisting with financial modeling to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
+ Preparing and maintaining management reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
+ Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation and best practices.
**What We Are Looking For:**
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
+ 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or similar analytical role (internship experience welcome).
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial modeling and reporting tools.
+ Experience with Power BI or Power query is preferred but not required
+ Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
+ Curious, coachable, and eager to learn, with a strong drive to improve processes and create efficiency.
