Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Asset Preparer/ Warehouseto join our team in Van Nuys. This role is responsible for the accurate handling, receiving, shipping, and inventorying of equipment and accessories. The Asset Preparer ensures smooth product flow from arrival to storage or shipment, maintaining accuracy and quality throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle, receive, ship, and stock equipment following company procedures
Perform quality assurance checks, function tests, and software loads
Enter transaction data into company systems (PERFECT, D365, Accessory Management)
Verify and maintain accessory inventory records
Inspect equipment for damage, cleanliness, and proper configuration
Support special inventory projects and other operational tasks
Location: Van Nuys, CA
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations
Proficient in data entry; experience with MS Office preferred
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Physically able to meet job demands
Familiarity with data hardware and accessories a plus
