Job Description

• Perform simple analyses (pH, Flash point, density and refractive index) for finished products
• Maintains well-documented laboratory notebooks and records.
• Use internal software for generating SDSs
• Input formulas into SAP
• Accurate weighing of flavor formulations, according to a recipe
• Assists Laboratory Manager with projects from start to completion.
• Clean glassware and maintain a clean environment
• Restock chemicals from the stock room
• Prepare samples to be sent to customers.
• Prepare COAs, Packing lists and Proforma Invoices for lab samples
• Check inventory of R&D samples and dispose them accordingly.
• Create purchase requisitions in SAP
• Assist in tobacco extraction production.
• Complete inventory movements in SAP
• Ensures safety, housekeeping and compliance issues are maintained.
• It is the responsibility of each employee to work in a safe and responsible manner in order to create an injury free and incident free workplace.
• Comply with all job related safety and other training requirements.
• May be asked to perform other duties if necessary.
• Work with mixing/granulating/drying lab machinery

You should be proficient in:

• Quality Inspection Experience
• Quality Control Experience
• Microsoft Excel
