- Contract Duration: 4-6 weeks
- Worksite Location: Battle Ground, WA
- Compensation: $70.00 - $140.00 per hour
What you’ll do as a LabVIEW Developer: - Design, develop, test, and integrate LabVIEW applications for display hardware testers.
- Architect scalable, real-time test solutions for embedded system validation.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code using modern software engineering principles.
- Interface with NI hardware and a variety of instrumentation including Keysight RF power meters, DAQs, TTI power supplies, PLCs, and Cognex cameras.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams to define requirements and test strategies.
- Manage version control, test automation, and deployments using Git and related tools.
What you’ll bring to the LabVIEW Developer role: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Strong professional experience developing LabVIEW applications with proven use of software design patterns.
- Solid knowledge of instrumentation, test systems, and data acquisition.
- Expertise in debugging, integration, and troubleshooting across hardware and software layers.
- Experience with Git, issue tracking, and structured software development processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of SCPI programming for test equipment integration.
- Experience with Cognex camera inspection systems.
- Scripting proficiency in SQL, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Preferred: 5+ years of professional LabVIEW development experience.
- Preferred: Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) or higher.
- Preferred: Experience with headless Linux environments.
