Laser Set Up Operator

Shift: 9p-7a, 4-10's Monday through Thursday
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage laser operations for 2kw and 9kw Amada cutting machines including setting up and operating laser, loading and unloading material, changing screens and nozzles, and running the required production programs.
2. Load and unload materials onto the machine and adjust machine settings to ensure quality production.
3. Monitor the production process and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
4. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator or similar role.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
