As the Lead Gutter Installer with All American Renovations, you’ll set the tone for your crew and make sure every project is completed with precision. Day to day, you will:
Install and replace gutters, soffit, and fascia
Hand-cut miters with accuracy
Perform tear-offs and new installations
Lead and support crew members on-site
Handle caulking and painting as needed
Maintain a safe, professional, and efficient job site
Travel when required (all expenses paid)

Minimum 2 - 3 years of gutter installation experience
Skilled at hand-cutting miters
Experience with tear-offs and installations
Knowledge of soffit and fascia replacement, caulking, and painting
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass a background check through First Advantage (Home Depot portal)
Leadership ability and strong team mindset
Willingness to travel when needed
Looking for a long-term role with a stable company
Bilingual is a plus but not required
Sheet metal roofing experience is a plus but not required
