Job Description

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist looking to make a difference? We're seeking a Florida-licensed LMHC to join our growing team in this fully remote, part-time role. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to set a schedule that works best for you while making a meaningful impact on the lives of clients through virtual therapy services.

As a remote therapist, you'll have the opportunity to help individuals on their mental health journey from the comfort of your own home. You'll provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to clients, contributing to their well-being and guiding them toward achieving their mental health goals.

What You'll Do

Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure videoconferencing, providing support and guidance to clients.
Develop personalized treatment plans after conducting comprehensive assessments and make adjustments as needed based on client progress.
Use evidence-based practices to help clients manage various mental health conditions.
Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Build a trusting and empathetic therapeutic relationship with clients.
Educate clients on mental health, coping strategies, and self-care practices to empower them.
Encourage client engagement in treatment goals, fostering a sense of ownership in their mental health journey.
What You'll Need

Current and unrestricted Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent).
At least two years of clinical experience in therapy services.
CEUs for licensing, certification, or credentialing as required.
Active NPI number and Medicare number (preferred).
Eligibility to participate in federally funded healthcare programs (as required by the Office of Inspector General).
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an effective remote work environment, including a private space for virtual sessions.
Reliable internet, a computer with a webcam and microphone, and experience with teleconferencing tools (e.g., Zoom).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to write clear medical documentation at a patient level.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate.
