About the Role
As a remote therapist, you'll provide virtual therapy sessions to clients via a secure telehealth platform. Your role will be instrumental in fostering supportive therapeutic relationships, using evidence-based practices, and empowering clients to take control of their mental health.
What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one counseling and support to clients through secure videoconferencing.
Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal care.
Address a range of mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients.
Educate clients on mental health topics, self-care strategies, and coping mechanisms.
Encourage client engagement in treatment goals, empowering them throughout their journey.
What You'll Need
An active and unrestricted license in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent).
Independent licensure and credentials ready at the time of hire.
At least two years of clinical experience providing therapy.
Active NPI number (Medicare participation preferred).
Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
High-speed internet, a computer with webcam and microphone, and a private workspace.
Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and strong written communication abilities.
Commitment to ongoing professional development, maintaining CEUs as required.
