Job Description

Minutemen Staffing is now hiring 3rd shift Machine Operators for a local Production facility.

Shift - 6pm to 6:30am

Schedule - 2-2-3

Pay - $17.50 an hr.

Job Description:

• Monitor and operate machinery on the production lines
• Monitor finished product for proper closures, faulty packaging and damage
• Perform changeovers as efficiently and carefully as possible
• Record all necessary information for production and quality records
• Work closely with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies and eliminate out of specification or damaged products

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a fast moving packaged goods environment
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of production machinery
