Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Grandville, MI

Pay: $18-20/hr

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available! Hiring multiple candidates!

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to company standards and safety procedures.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products from machines.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Make minor adjustments to machines to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Record production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, changeovers, and preventive maintenance.
• Follow all safety policies, quality procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
