Maintenance Data Clerk Location Englewood, CO : Maintenance Data Clerk Flexible Schedule $19 hourly OVERVIEW A Transdev Services, Inc. Maintenance Data Clerk will perform clerical and organization functions in the Maintenance department. The Maintenance Data Clerk at Transdev Services, Inc. correctly records data to ensure the Maintenance Department is able to maintain the bus fleet in safe operating condition, issues parts and tools to maintenance personnel, and assists in satisfying the material needs of other internal and external customers as needs arise. The Maintenance Data Clerk may also be asked to order supplies as needed. This position reports to the Director of Maintenance, Josh Hazlett. DUTIES
  • Enters daily data for the Maintenance Department.
  • Maintains information regarding life history of all vehicles, including daily fuel and oil usage and major component serial numbers.
  • Processes reports for management and the client, as requested.
  • Completes dual entry of all work orders, road calls, and Preventative Maintenance work orders into both client and company tracking systems.
  • Responsible for archiving of documentation.
  • Daily filing of all paperwork and DVIR's.
  • Organizes and assists with coordinating daily PMI schedule and Maintenance Repair Orders.
  • Provides support to other Departments, as necessary.
  • Executes special projects, as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to utilize standard computer programs.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills required. Must be able to work well unattended for periods of time.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays, if required.
  • Possess a folk lift license or have the ability to obtain a forklift license within 90-day probationary period.
  • Some knowledge of parts and tools needed to repair diesel equipment preferred.
  • Excellent phone communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability in working with standard office machines including, but not limited to, fax, copy machine, printers, computers, email and basic hand tools.
  • Must complete and sign the Transdev Services employment application in its entirety.
  • Must provide a complete and verifiable employment history and employment history must be verified with all employers listed on the application and must include the past 10 years of employment, when applicable.
  • An unjustified refusal to supply requested information or a falsification of information will result in the elimination of the applicant for consideration for employment.
  • Must sign a background release form.

  • Ninety (90) percent of work is accomplished indoors and in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities.
  • Ten (10) percent of work is accomplished in an open-garage facility/outdoors.
  • Will be required to lift packages of up to 50 pounds.
  • Performs physical activities that require considerable use of the arms, repetitive hand-wrist motion; and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.
