Now Hiring: Special Projects Technician - Be the Backbone Behind the Build!

Hourly Rate: $24.00 +.

This is not your average maintenance role. This is the heartbeat of our operation - the go-to problem solver, builder, and fixer. You’ll have your hands in every part of the facility and grounds, with the freedom and responsibility to make a real impact.

Your Mission:

• Lead special projects taking ownership of tasks, work independently and deliver quality work.
• Work with blueprints and technical drawings to achieve goals.
• Building repair projects and new construction including exterior/exterior renovations.
• Perform carpentry, framing, plumbing, sheetrock, tape/bed, painting to complete projects.
• Accurately assess projects and compile precise material list.
• Help maintain and enhance facility grounds.
• Team play to work alongside mechanics and electricians, when needed .

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of building construction.
• Above-average skill in plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Proven experience working independently and taking initiative.
• Ability to think ahead and solve problems before they arise.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• A mindset of ownership and pride in craftsmanship.
