About The Role We are seeking a
Marketing Data & SEO Analyst to support marketing and business intelligence initiatives. This role focuses on
data analysis, reporting, SEO optimization, and digital tracking , ensuring accurate measurement and performance optimization across campaigns and patient engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically skilled in
SQL, data visualization, and automation , and proficient in
SEO and tracking implementation to enhance decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
This is a
full-time, onsite position based in Scottsdale, AZ. Key Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, cloud databases); build automated reports and dashboards.
- Monitor website performance (Google Analytics), implement tracking pixels (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel), and optimize content for engagement and conversions.
- Configure and manage tracking tools, ensuring accurate funnel performance measurement; conduct A/B testing for website and email marketing improvements.
- Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend analysis to support marketing and business strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and leadership to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Position Requirements - 5+ years in data analysis, reporting, and SEO tracking.
- Advanced SQL skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in Python or R for automation and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with machine learning, AI, and Salesforce CRM.
Compensation & Benefits - Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience.
