Job Summary
As a Masonry Special Order Sales Representative, you will be responsible for being the first line of contact for our masonry contractors looking for special order products. This includes communication through Sales Representatives, our production team and sister companies. This position provides exceptional customer service to our customers over the phone and through email.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for creating quotes, new job orders, submittals, new item codes and maintaining Salesforce opportunities
Work closely with masonry contractor leadership and estimators to build and maintain relationships
Assist customers with lead times, general questions and production updates
Able to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
Job Requirements
High school diploma /equivalent or comparable in related experience
Detail oriented
Data entry
Good with basic math
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Word
Good organizational and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer and keyboard
Extensive phone use
