Our physical therapists do not rush our patients or our clinicians. Rather, we perform comprehensive evaluations and encourage patient input for treatment planning and goal setting.

We currently provide a full spectrum of services to the Magnolia, The Woodlands and Conroe communities, with services focused in sports medicine, orthopedics, post-op rehabilitation, back and neck pain, and more. Job Description

West Woodlands Physical Therapy has an immediate opening for an experienced, dependable, and responsible  Full-Time Medical Receptionist who can keep the front office running smoothly with a smile as big as Texas! Come join our team!

• Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
• Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge
• Answering phones and scheduling patients
• Verifying insurance, personal and financial information
• Collecting co-pays/patient balances
• Communicate effectively with treating therapists, billing office, and benefits/auth specialists
• Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties assigned

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must have 1+ years of previous medical front office experience
• Excellent telephone skills
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Previous experience with medical software preferred
• Available and flexible with your hours
• Close attention to detail
• Great time management and organizational skills 
• Team player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer service
