Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial reports
Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting
Perform detailed forensic accounting investigations
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulations
Identify financial discrepancies and suggest corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (Master’s or CPA a plus)
Proven experience in financial analysis, accounting, or auditing roles
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
Expertise in forensic accounting and fraud detection techniques
Experience with internal audits and compliance processes
Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and organizational skills
