Active license in Florida a requirement with licensure in additional States (MA, RI, ME, NH, PA, CT, NC) preferred.

Our passion is leveraging a unique, patented AI technology paired with a collaborative multi-disciplinary clinical team to support patients (we call them Members) with complex medical challenges. As a provider member of our team, you will leverage the virtual medicine platform to support patient self-management while ensuring PCPs are kept aware of changes in their patient’s health status.
Senscio’s 24/7 home-based virtual medicine program acts as an extension of our member’s primary care team, providing their PCP and associated specialists w/ actionable situational awareness. Integrating physical and behavioral health needs with a broad scope of social determinants of health needs, we provide a truly holistic, patient-centered plan of self-management support. The AI based technology allows for easy and efficient administration and you will spend much less time documenting and more time directing the care of your patient.
