Key Responsibilities:
✅ Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory for storefront items and maintenance trucks, ensuring accuracy in our system.
✅ Administrative Support: Manage schedules, appointments, filing systems, and office supply orders.
✅ Customer & Vendor Relations: Field telephone calls via the Send Square phone system, direct visitors, and assist with onboarding new properties.
✅ Property Management Support: Enter contracts, inventory, and property details with precision.
✅ Marketing & Communication: Assist in creating presentations, spreadsheets, and marketing materials. Respond to reviews on Google, VRBO, and company websites.
✅ Home Staging & Coordination: Help stage homes for professional photography.
✅ Data Entry & Research: Conduct internet research, enter reports, and support business needs with detailed record-keeping.
✅ Email & Direct Mail Campaigns: Assist in sending out communications to clients and partners.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ A professional, polished individual who presents themselves well in both dress and actions.
✔ A team player who can anticipate office needs and take initiative before being asked.
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in technology , including Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing .
✔ Prior experience in an office assistant role is preferred.
