SASMAR is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Office Assistant to support our growing team. As a leading pharmaceutical company with global operations in Brussels, Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Malta, London, and Chicago, we specialize in personal care and fertility products, including our acclaimed Conceive Plus brand. Our products reach customers in over 70 countries through a variety of channels, including supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.
In this multifaceted role, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office, helping to facilitate communication and organization across the company. We are looking for someone who can start immediately, so preference will be given to candidates who are available right away.
Perform routine office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.
Warmly greet and aid visitors and clients.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
Support the HR department with administrative duties such as onboarding new hires.
Make travel arrangements and assist in booking accommodations for staff members.
Help organize company events and team-building activities.
Complete other administrative tasks as necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficiency in Google Office Suite .
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
