Job Description

A major oil and gas company is looking for a Field Administrator for their Grande Prairie office. Maintaining positive interpersonal relations with field and office staff is essential. Key Accountabilities for this role include:
  • Operate mulit-line switch board

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail daily

  • Provide administrative support to team members as required

  • Maintain interpersonal relations with staff and outside service personnel

  • Provide problem analysis and solving skills including identifying existing and possible issues and implementing solutions

  • Provide vacation coverage as required

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Scada, Protrend, Production Tracker, PI, and PM Suite would be considered an asset
- Minimum of 2+ years of oil and gas administration experience
- Post-Secondary Education in Accounting and/or Business Administration preferred
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Able to work in a highly organized manner where detail and accuracy are a must
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
