Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Lead to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and third-party applications. This role requires strong technical acumen, hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and a deep understanding of HCM modules and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end integration projects involving Oracle Cloud HCM and external systems.
• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, REST/SOAP APIs, and BIP reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage integration lifecycle including change management, documentation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and aligned with business continuity standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements to existing integrations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud HCM integrations, mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , HCM Extracts , BI Publisher , REST/SOAP APIs , and Fast Formulas .
• Strong understanding of HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, etc.
• Proven experience with tools such as Visual Builder , Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , and OAuth security configurations .
• Ability to lead technical discussions, develop design documents, and present integration solutions to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud HCM certification(s) highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Background in global HR processes and compliance is a plus.
• Experience with integrations involving Workday, SAP, Salesforce, ADP, or other third-party applications.
