We're looking for a Construction Order Entry Specialist to join a growing team in Tempe/Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both customers and internal teams.

What You'll Be Doing:
✔️ Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the internal system
✔️ Assist with customer inquiries by delegating them to the customer service team
✔️ Make revisions or cancellations to orders as needed
✔️ Verify and maintain accurate customer account information
✔️ Provide support for vendors and client services
✔️ Process invoices, billing, purchase orders, and work orders
✔️ Assist the sales and purchasing teams with administrative tasks
✔️ Handle high-volume data entry—there's never a dull moment!

What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience: At least 1+ year of order entry experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing
✅ Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Experience with NetSuite is a plus!)
✅ Education: High school diploma or equivalent
