We're seeking a Call Center Manager to lead our outbound lead-setting team. Your reps will be contacting leads from our marketing funnel — not random cold calls — with the goal of setting high-quality appointments for our sales team. What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outbound lead setters working qualified funnels.
• Develop scripts, strategies, and performance standards that maximize appointment conversions.

• This is an in-office position — candidates must be able to work onsite daily.
