Overnight Machine Operator – Hiring Immediately!

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Overnight Machine Operator for our client in Clinton, MA . This is an opportunity to work with a respected and innovative leader in the healthcare manufacturing space, known for its clean and safety-focused work environment.

Location: Clinton, MA

Pay: $21.00/hour + Overtime Opportunities

Shifts Available: 12-hour Overnight Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), Rotating Schedule

• Week 1: 3 days (36 hours)
• Week 2: 4 days (48 hours)

What You’ll Do:

• Operate manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Assemble and verify orders against shipping or customer documentation
• Report and track inventory shortages and follow up to locate missing items
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with the team to meet production and quality goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Dependable and detail-oriented with a team-first mindset
• Able to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced setting
• No prior experience necessary – We’ll train you on the job!
