Job Description

Sansar Tec LLC is seeking an Intermediate PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Campus Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both technical and functional aspects of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, enabling them to bridge the gap between IT and user requirements. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business needs, implement solutions, and ensure effective system performance while contributing to the continuous improvement of our Campus Solutions environment.
Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes related to Campus Solutions while working closely with functional users.
• Configure and enhance PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules, ensuring alignment with institutional policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications, particularly in the Campus Solutions area.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in the testing and validation of system upgrades and patches to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices to enhance user engagement and system effectiveness.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions as a techno-functional consultant.
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft application development, including PeopleCode, Application Designer, and PeopleSoft Integration Tools.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL, with at least 2 years of experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Experience in system upgrades, implementations, and support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
