Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate must absolutely love working in the legal field and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a tech-savvy individual with excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents with precision
• Open and close case files, ensuring proper documentation and organization
• Manage files and share documents using Dropbox with expert proficiency
• Maintain excellent file management, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and client communication
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while meeting deadlines
• Utilize Mac computers and software with ease to streamline work processes

Requirements:

• A 4-year degree from an accredited institution
• Previous experience in a legal assistant paralegal role (Personal Injury experience required)
• Proficiency in using Mac computers and Dropbox is essential
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting
• Strong technical skills and a proactive approach to learning new software
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends if needed
