The Opportunity
As a Physical Security Specialist, you will be responsible for enforcing Ally's safety and security protocols across assigned facilities. Acting as the primary point of contact for all physical security matters, you will utilize your expertise in threat identification, critical thinking, and incident response to address concerns effectively. You will offer guidance, direction, and training to onsite security personnel and Ally employees, ensuring compliance with security standards. Additionally, you will leverage your in-depth understanding of policies and procedures to proactively identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to protect the organization.

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
