Job Description

Amentum is now hiring for a Physical security Specialist (All Levels) – CSIA position in support of the Cyber Security & Information Assurance (CSIA) Support Services office at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and Ft Belvoir, VA. This project will provide the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Research (C5ISR) Center services to include programmatic/business management services, engineering support services, field engineering, laboratory, logistics, and acquisition / administrative support services to augment CSIA core Government personnel and turn-key solutions to support the missions of CSIA and its associated Managers and customers. This support will be conducted in close coordination with Government project leads within CSIA.

The candidate will work closely with the client to perform the following:

• Oversees a company's physical security operations.

• Accesses cameras and reviews any security breach instances.

• Develops documentation for standard security operating procedures.

• Coordinates alarm tests and monitor security team response times. Investigates, prepares, and submits security violations and incident reports as required.

• Trains and orients employees on security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.

• Has experience in implementing and managing physical security plans for IT facilities to include high risk, high security sites.

• Has knowledge of the variety of different systems, tools and products that comprise a physical security solution.

• Has knowledge to create a complete physical security plan for an IT installation.

• Has experience in overseeing installation, testing and managing physical security tools.

• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline.

• 1-10+ years’ experience.

• 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

• Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance.

Compensation:

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.).
