About the Role:

Join our vibrant outpatient Physical Therapy facility as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and play an active role in transforming lives! Work alongside passionate therapists, guiding patients through personalized recovery journeys while honing your skills in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on care that makes a real difference.
  
• Help execute treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
  
• Track and document patient progress accurately, using medical terminology.
  
• Keep the clinic running smoothly by ensuring all equipment and treatment areas are OSHA-compliant.
  
• Communicate patient progress to the care team and provide input during team meetings.
  
• Stay ahead by completing annual Medicare and OSHA compliance training.
  
• Attend staff meetings and pursue continuing education to grow in your career.
  
• Keep your CPR certification up to date to maintain the highest safety standards.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA program (or equivalent).
  
• Licensed, registered, or certified PTA (or eligible).
  
• Skills in teamwork, time management, and organization to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
